Inspired by his father’s music collection, Veit already started to hear to rock music as a young child. Throughout his childhood he listened to all types of rock music and learned a lot about music history, so he decided in 2005 to start playing drums. Not far from that point, he started his first band projects including cover rock bands for a start, and later on hard rock bands with self-written songs.
Next to playing the drums he discovered a passion for songwriting including composing guitar-riffs and writing vocal melodies alongside with his bandmates.

For the past few years, Veit played in different punk, metal and rock bands around Munich. After 5 years of playing live and recording two full length records with the Band „Password Monkey“, Veit left the band and was going to join the Band „Dune Pilot“, a full power Stoner Rock band from Munich, influenced by different Stoner Rock Bands and other Genres too. Next to this he started his main project called Bad Rain including Dan Byrne (International Vocalist for Myke Gray, ex Revival Black and many more). Grappling for the throne of Germany’s new favourite hard-rock outfit, Bad Rain are an international group of seasoned musicians, with stage-craft and experience beyond their years.
